Program Description:

By subscribing to the GoatConnect.io SMS Alerts Program, you will receive text messages containing promotional offers, updates about our services, and other relevant information about our lead generation and marketing services. These messages may include, but are not limited to, sales promotions, reminders for calls or demos, and updates on new services or offers.

Opt-Out Instructions:

To opt-out of receiving text messages, simply reply with the word "STOP" to any message you receive from GoatConnect.io. This will unsubscribe you from future SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully unsubscribed.

Rejoining Instructions:

If you wish to rejoin the SMS program after opting out, simply text "JOIN" to the shortcode provided in previous messages, and you will be re-enrolled in the program.

Cancellation, Offboarding, Access & Licensed Materials

Cancellation Requests.
A Client may request cancellation of services by contacting GoatConnect by email, text message, or telephone. A cancellation request initiates the Client offboarding process and does not, by itself, immediately terminate the Client’s account or GoatConnect’s access to systems containing GoatConnect-owned or GoatConnect-licensed materials.

Required Offboarding Process.
As a condition of cancellation, Client agrees to reasonably cooperate with GoatConnect in completing the offboarding process. This may include maintaining or restoring GoatConnect’s administrative or partner access to advertising accounts, CRM systems, websites, automations, integrations, funnels, workflows, campaigns, or other platforms to the extent reasonably necessary for GoatConnect to remove, disable, transfer, or otherwise address GoatConnect-owned or licensed materials.

Client agrees not to revoke, restrict, remove, or materially interfere with GoatConnect’s access before GoatConnect confirms that offboarding has been completed.

Licensed Materials.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, custom systems, campaign structures, advertising frameworks, templates, workflows, automations, scripts, copy, creative concepts, processes, tracking configurations, CRM configurations, funnels, internal documentation, and other proprietary materials created or supplied by GoatConnect remain the intellectual property of GoatConnect.

During an active paid subscription, Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use such materials solely in connection with the services provided by GoatConnect.

This license terminates when the Client’s subscription and offboarding process are completed.

Use After Termination.
Following termination, Client may not copy, reproduce, retain for continued use, distribute, transfer, sublicense, reverse engineer, recreate, sell, or otherwise use GoatConnect-owned or licensed materials unless GoatConnect provides written authorization.

Client remains the owner of its own pre-existing business assets, customer data, trademarks, logos, photographs, account credentials, and other Client-supplied materials.

Revocation of Access Before Offboarding.
If Client removes or restricts GoatConnect’s required access before offboarding is completed, the account will remain in an active offboarding status until the required access is restored and GoatConnect is given a reasonable opportunity to complete removal of its licensed materials.

Any scheduled subscription charges that become due while the account remains active pursuant to the Client’s agreement may continue to be billed until offboarding is completed, subject to the applicable billing and cancellation terms.

GoatConnect will not intentionally delay offboarding for the purpose of extending billing.

Unauthorized Continued Use.
If Client continues to use GoatConnect-owned or licensed materials following termination of the applicable license, such use will constitute unauthorized use of GoatConnect intellectual property. GoatConnect reserves all rights and remedies available under the Agreement and applicable law, including the right to seek injunctive relief, recovery of damages, and reasonable enforcement costs where permitted.

Offboarding Confirmation.
Upon successful completion of the offboarding process, GoatConnect will provide written confirmation that the account has been closed and the Client’s recurring subscription has been terminated, subject to any outstanding amounts properly due under the Agreement.

A cancellation request is considered complete only after GoatConnect issues written confirmation that required offboarding has been completed.
